In addition to an extensive schedule of entertainment and activities at the 13th Classic R&B Weekend, there will be a great variety of unique and interesting goods for sale at several locations throughout the site. HOW TO APPLY:
Applications and payment must be received by September 1, 2019. Applications will continue to be accepted for our waiting list after September 1st until all spaces are filled. All proposals will be reviewed, and an email will be sent to you indicating whether or not you have been accepted.
Standard Setup Fees are $400 for the entire 3 days. Photographer Vendors Fee are $500.
The setup is 1 six foot table with 2 chairs and 1 wastebasket in a 5×6 area. Electricity outlets are $45 per outlet. If you require additional spacing this must be arranged prior to September 1, 2019 and will incur an additional charge.
Vendors lodging is available at a special discounted rate up to a maximum of 2 per room. Warning: Vendor lodging sells out quickly!
Due to the nature of our event, the selling of any copy written or trademark merchandise without proper authorization and documents is not allowed. This includes copy written or trademark CDs DVDs Photographs and clothing items. If you are discovered selling such items, you will be asked to leave the premises and your submitted fee will not be refunded. No Food/Beverage vendors allowed. Please adjust your product line accordingly.
